CAS infinite loading

Hello, I have been experiencing infinite loading when trying to use:

modify household, bb.casfulleditmode, mccc modify in cas

I have removed all mods and cc, repaired the game and used a vanilla save file to try to enter cas once I go into live mode. the loading continues no matter the save with or without mods. I have all the dlc.
