CAS UI blank

i made a new save file after turning off the mods script at first and then play test it with mods and cc later, when i open and want to change my sim through clicking  drawers and mirrors, this happened! the only time CAS was working when i was creating a new save file (new game), and when i try change my sim through edit town, it's also broken like this

anyone have the same problem and know any solution that doesnt involve 'removing mods, ccs, 50/50 method, deleting localthumbnailcache, recource cfg, try empty mod folders, rename mods folder etc'? (tried them all and not working and kept doing like this)

    cqtsumahor​  I am guessing you are a mod user and use UI Cheats.  The update yesterday broke it again.  Also, Weerbesu's More Columns in CAS was broken.  So, you'll need to update those 2 mods when updates are available.  In the meantime, you'll need to remove those mods from your mods folder.
