Cats teleport out of basements

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the packs except for journey to batuu, home chef hustle, crystal creations, monlight chic, modern menswear, fashion street, carnival streetwear, courtyard oasis, industrial loft, decor to the max, pastel pop, greenhouse haven, basement treasures, book nook, modern luxe, castle estate, goth galore, party essentials, urban homage, cozy bistro and riviera retreat
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? make a cat walk or teleport into a basement
What happens when the bug occurs? the cat 8/10 teleports out of the basement almost immediately, I have around 8 cats on my lot and when 5 of them go into the basement they teleport out of it every single time and are unable to enter any other basement on the lot while the other 3 enter all basements without any issues
What do you expect to see? the cats to stay in the basement when they are teleported into it or when they walk into the basement

I was playing the game for around 1 hour and out of no where a bunch of my cats were unable to enter the basements I have on my lot they are also constantly trying to go into the basement only to be teleported out, they continuously do this causing them to not take care of their needs, I use mccc and a mod that lets you control your pets, my mods are up to date etc. I tried replacing the lot but the issue persists, I also turned my game off and on again, tried replacing the stairs to the basement etc, I also have bushes covering the stair and the issue persists even if I remove them, I also tried flattening the terrain but the issue persists, I really have no idea whats causing this and I can't find anyone else with the same problem, I have uploaded images below of how my lot looks incase something there is causing the problem, as well as the three cats who do not experience this issue
