certain household stuck in endless loading screen

i have tried removing all of my mods, i have tried removing my tray files, playing in a new sims folder, moving the sims into a new lot, however nothing has so far worked. i've also tried going into cas and editing my sims, with and without mods and then tried to load the household, and i'm still stuck on the screen. i've tried recovering and paying old saves, i have tried uploading the family to the library. unfortunately, i have yet to find a solution.

currently i play on PC.

 i am on windows 11, on an acer aspire315.

any and all help is appreciated, thank you :)

    Hi h34rtbr4ker​ 

    you seem to have an issue with a milestone that was on a cc that you removed from the game.

    Try this mod: https://www.patreon.com/posts/mod-milestone-81237568  (File 2: CC/Mod Object Fix). 

    Make sure script mods are turned on, start the game and load the family. Once it loaded, save the game under a new name (to have backup) and then you can remove the mod again. I'm unsure if you need to load into each family that has issues before removing or not.

    There are also some other LEs but these are older and from a modded game so they're probably not relevant to the current issue.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Please also provide any LastException files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
