Change Hair Colour Per Outfit Type/Number

Heyo, not sure if this is the right place to ask about this, but is there any way to change the colour of a sims' hair in sims 4 per outfit? IE: having blue hair for everyday 1, green for everyday 2...

    I'm being told this is by design and is how TS4 has always worked. It might've worked differently in TS3 or TS2?

@SheriGR Basically yes, it's mostly for a friend, cus she wants her sim to look like her but she changes her hair colour constantly irl!

@PugLove888 Makes sense, but as a programmer myself, I don't think it'd be too difficult to work out. Back in Sims 3, the entire thing was done in C#, which I use a lot, and the genetics code simply used the first outfit you made in everyday as the base colour. I'm not sure if you could change to a different colour in that game cus i haven't played it in a while, but I will check and report back

the other option would be to let the player choose a base hair colour for their sim as like, a button in the box for voice pitch and walk styles, and maybe put the favourite drink/food options back in there too 😛

Worst case scenario, I'll try and make my own mod

@boopidoop Oh... so am I understanding correctly that the issue is not that you cannot change the hair style per outfit but the hair color? Sorry, I did not catch that when I had replied. I was referring to being able to change the hair style in my test. Guess I needn't experiment with changing the color per outfit then...

    @SheriGR I love code too! I'm currently studying Games Computing, and we're mostly doing C++ on the course, which is pretty much my favourite language to code in! I would talk about it forever, but I'm very ill at the moment :c

    @PugLove888 Haha, there's plenty of sims 2 and 3 features that I wish were back too! like being able to go to different lots without loading screens, drivable cars, glitches that actually made sense rather than this new teleporting bug everyone's getting... 😛

    I dont have much time at the mo to work on any mods or help out on the forums, but come christmas time I'll see what I can do! Btw I'm only a novice because I've never posted, but I've had an account for 3 years 😛
