Charged wrong price
In Sims4 when I went to purchase an expansion it was listed at 19.94, but when I was redirected to the purchase page the price had changed to 21.99. Could you please help me out? It's not about the...

@deac6521859bef5a Sorry for the late reply. I was trying to get some info on this and haven't been able to figure out why you saw a price of $19.24. If it makes you feel better, $21.99 was the correct sale price in CAD, as confirmed by two different Canadian residents I talked to. The U.S. price was $15.99 before the sale ended, so that's not it either.
I did wonder briefly if you were seeing the Steam or Epic sale price, but the game version number in your screenshot says you're on a Mac, so you should only be seeing the Origin/EA price in-game.
