Child Sims Can Get the Effects of Ice Cream

I just learned that child Sims can get the effects of the ice cream flavors. The only one I've seen was with one of my Sim's daughters who my Sim's other daughter invited over (I had her invite her), and it was the Chilling Mocha ice cream.

They can either get the negative buff from it or the positive buff (Ice Treat), but if the child gets the "Ice Treat" buff they can't use Chilling Touch on other Sims. Right now I'm about to test with Dragon's Breath ice cream. But as I was typing that, I just remembered that I had a child eat it and not get the buffs from that flavor but I'm not sure. 

Anyway, just wanted to post about that finding! 😊 

EDIT: I had my Sim's daughter (the one who invited the other over) try Dragon's Breath and she did get a buff from it. She got the Dragon's Wrath (uncomfortable) buff. So maybe they can get the Dragon's Fury (confident) buff too, but I'm not sure. If they can get the uncomfortable buff, maybe they can get the confident buff too(?).
