Children failing school Bug

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? For Rent, Growing Together, High School Years, Cottage Living, Cats & Dogs, Seasons, City Living, Get To Work, Get Famous, Dream Home Decorator, Parenthood, Dine Out, Laundry Day, Backyard Stuff, My First Pet, Blooming Rooms and Bust the Dust
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a child and complete homework and projects. Their grade bar will progress, but their overall grade will remain an F. Also, the Grim Reaper tasks have not shown up since week 2 has ended. I can see the overall rewards, but I cannot see any tasks or know which tasks I need to complete each week.
What happens when the bug occurs? The child is taken away due to the failing grade, despite the fact that they have gone to school, completed homework and completed projects. I am missing out on progress and rewards due to the lack of Grim tasks
What do you expect to see? I expect the child's overall grade to improve and for them to not be taken away due to neglect. I expect to be able to progress with the Grim Rewards challenge

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
As soon as the child ages up from a toddler to the child stage, the game states that they are failing school. Previously, they would not age up in a failing state.
I have repaired the game 3 times and still face both issues. Please help, thanks.
