Winterfest came around and I looked everywhere for Clement. He was floating above the ground near the chicken coops. I was able to interact with him but he never moved from the fenced in area. Could not reset object, so I had to go off the lot.
did you remove your mods before or after Clement got stuck ?

Yes, but why did he get so stuck and unable to do any actions. I don't regularly play with mods so I'm sure they were turned off. The chickens are what glitches everything out usually. Also the option to ask for present has been gone for some time. I'm not sure where in the social menu it's located but it never comes up.
