[CLOSED] Happy Home Login Event: Can't claim Week x Rewards - Event Over

None of those are my issue. The first week I was able to claim. Now in the second week, it no longer pops up. When I click on the freezer bunny tile it shows the items locked & unable to claim. It says it will be available the following day. When I show up the following day, it says it will be available the NEXT day. Very frustrating. I've removed my mods & cleared my cache with the same results. Unsure of what else to do.

@happygurl975554 The second week hasn't started yet. if you have the first three, you need to wait until the second week unlocks.

I do agree that the timer is confusing.

My rewards worked for the first 3 days but now it will not let me claim anymore telling me to come back *06/05/24 at 3:00pm* as of today, the thing that is upsetting is that it told me to come back the 4th (today) but now won’t let me claim.

Im wondering if anyone else is having this issue. (I’m on a PS4 if that matters, so I don’t have mods)

I was able to claim 3 rewards for the Login Reward Event for the first week. Now when I login, the rewards window does not pop up to claim this week's rewards. Is the event over?

I was able to claim the first week rewards however, I have been logging in daily to claim the second week rewards. Every day the prompt changes to say "New event reward available <next day at 4am> and this keeps happening.  It's Wednesday and I only have a couple more days to claim but I cannot do anything about this which is very unfair considering I'm logging on every day, as required. Does this mean that I will miss out on the rewards due to this technical issue? How can this be solved? 

It's strange this is a mods issue, because isn't everything? I was able to unlock the first three rewards with mods installed. However, for the last three days, it's locked me out of claiming week two rewards. It just reads; 'This week starts tomorrow at this time' again and again. I don't use T.O.O.L mod and no other mods have changed/updated since claiming week one rewards. The only thing which has changed is that I'd purchased the two new kits before being locked out of week two rewards.

So I've tried removing my mods folder/binned the cache but nothing had changed. I'm still locked out of week two.

It's nice that EA has decided to offer its players little presents. It'd be nicer if they simply worked without issue as SDX drops have done.

When, exactly does week two start? Or where may we find that information?

Also, thank you for this but I still don't get it. I don't play The Sims 4 via Steam but am active on that dreaded forum. I'm quite sure some players on that platform have already started unlocking week two rewards.

As yet, I've been locked out of week two for days, mods or no mods.
