Clubs update missing

(required info) All Sims 4 from base to Business and hobbies.  No Mods!  

Old person (I remember when calculators were banned in high school) 

I notice my roommate's game had these great Clubs in their Sims 4 and we have all the same additions.  So I checked my Club List and it was the same old list.  How do I find the missing update and how do I get it all to install (if that is even a thing now).  Thanks
