[CoL] Can't complete Errand for Kim Goldbloom (Mushrooms)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get together, spa day, movie hangout, get to work, island living, city living, cats and dogs, seasons, university, eco life, cottage living, outdoor retreat, parenthood, realm of magic, stranger ville, vamires.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to complete an errand for Kim Goldbloom with all the necessary things in your inventory
What happens when the bug occurs? I can see the option to deliver the items (1 spicy mushroom and 1 lovely mushroom) But it's greyed out and I can't complete the errand.
What do you expect to see? The option to be available to click (not greyed out) and for the errand to complete.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I signed up to do 2 errands for for Kim Goldbloom (grocery store owner). I have to deliver 2 mushrooms, and I have them in my inventory but can't click on it because it's greyed out. 

The other item is the same issue, part of the errand is to deliver her a single serving of food and it's not clickable either. You can see both in the capture.
