Contact an Advisor - Customer Support Issue
I understand the EA app was having difficulty downloading items recently. I purchased a Sims 4 expansion pack the other day and my order went through multiple times because it wasn't showing up as downloaded. Thus, I need multiple refunds.
I appreciate the support, but I need to rant as well - this website is atrocious for folks trying to contact a real person for support. I've been clicking in circles for a half hour trying to find an email, live chat, or phone number to contact so I wouldn't have to post on the forum. When starting a case on my account, it takes me right back to the help home page. Everything I do takes me back to the home page. Responding to the order confirmation results in an email that says to visit the help home page. If I see the help home page one more time I fear I may never recover.
Please attempt to make it easier for people to contact support for help. EA has lots of fans who pay lots of money for their games, and to treat loyal customers this way is really disheartening to see.
