Copying/moving household from sims 4 Xbox to Sims 4 PC

I have a household in the sims 4 on my Xbox . I don’t want to loose that household , i also have the sims 4 on my PC, is there a way to transfer that household on my Xbox version to my PC version of ...

@mtucker6910 The simplest way to do it would be to save the household to your Library then share the household to the Gallery from your XBox, then go onto your computer and download the household from the Gallery into your PC game's Library. Then you could just remove it from the Community Gallery after it's in your PC's game Library if you don't want to keep it there/shared.
