Cozy Celebrations: Can't ask about holiday traditions

The issue I'm having is related to the event but slightly different. I can see the tasks but the "ask about holiday traditions" task can't complete because I don't get the option to ask any sims abou...

    @BThirstyPretzel Split this as it's different. It should be right there.

    Any mods/cc ? If so, please try without them.

@crinrict I did take out my mods and it still didn't work. I then cleared the cache and restarted my computer, it works now. Not sure what mod was causing the issue though.Thanks for your help.
