Cozy Celebrations glitched with reaper rewards

I took a bit of a brake from playing after the reaper rewards but decided to jump back in when I heard about the Cozy Celebrations event. but when I lodged in I found that the event page is stuck with a blank version of reaper rewards while listing the end date for cozy creations as it's end date I am up to date in updates, I tried exiting and going back in, I tried repairing the game. The only thing I can think of that I haven't tried is uninstalling and reinstalling, which I'd rather avoid because It'd be a pain and I'm not sure how or if I'd need to back up by saves as I've never had to do it.

I do have mods but none for gameplay just cas stuff.
