Crashing

is anyone elses sims just not opening, i was playing it fine last night. closed it for maybe 5 minutes and now its just not opening. ive repaired the app, ive forced quit and now it wont even let me contact support because of an internal error as well as on EA its says theres a client side error but i havent dont anything to cause an error. Is anyone else having this problem???

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)

what's the error you're getting ?

Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
