Create a sim

Is anyone else having an issue going into create a sim? Every time I try, it is just the SIM on a blank background. I can't clock on anything because it doesn't show. Even the other sims in the household don't appear. I have to manually shut down my game just to get out of the screen. Any help would be appreciated. Didn't notice a problem till today but I haven't gone into cas for a couple days.

    Thank you! I will try that. I did add some new CC lately so maybe that's causing the issue.

    If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
