@CallMeSuperboy I think there's a setting to where you can turn off the random sims being generated. Try that and tell me how that works for you! yeah thats a good idea, i might try that too

Oh, that’s a smart idea. I’ll see if I can find that, I forgot I could try it.
- 3 years ago@CallMeSuperboy To make a household inactive or unplayed go to neighbourhood view and click on the household in question. The at the bottom right of the screen click on the 3 dots and click on Manage Household - then click on the green plumbob to "Make Household Unplayed".
I'm also trying to solve his problem - making the household unplayed alone is not enough, so I'm going to try deleting some teens in the world and see if I can get my own created sims to attend high school with my played sim.- 3 years ago
That’s what I was saying— I was deleting other teen households but the game just kept populating more households with teens in it, so that solution doesn’t seem to help at the moment.

I figured out that the NPC's are random, but there are one's that always come to High School since they have roles like Meanies,...
There's a Mod (has been mentioned here already) that allows you to choose the students.
At the moment there's not really any other way I know of.
