Crick Cabana terrain issue. Help please

So there are some spots on my terrain which I cannot delete. I even tried to bulldoze the terrain and nothing came of it.
These spots are troublesome because the game recognizes them as objects and blocks my items from being placed.
I have a feeling these spots are graffiti. When I first moved my sims in, I had to delete a whole bunch of them but these wouldn't delete.
They aren't visible unless I try to move something in the spot.
Anybody have any idea how to delete them? Please help. A photo is attached.

    @SasukiaUchiha Can you please share they name of the lot? Is it one that came in the game or did you download it from the gallery?

    Edit:  I've just consulted with a fellow helpers to confirm that these are from a crime scene, and cannot be deleted via normal methods. There is a method that has worked for some people:

    Please try buying a house next to this one, move in, then go with the sim to visit the other house (visit the house with the problem). Then re-try moving into the house again and see if the crime scene items have cleared out.

    If none of this works, you could try bulldozing the lot and re-building.
