I have logged-in several times today but it's not being counted so I'm unable to unlock the rest of the rewards of the same week, it only registered the first time. No mods or CC installed.

Day 3 of not being able to claim rewards
I'm still experiencing this issue. On the next day, I logged in and claimed two days worth of check-in items. On the third day, it said I didn't collect anything and now have 0/3 check-in.
None of the items I claimed are showing up in mh build buy either!
Yes!! I’m having the same issue!! I’ve been trying to fix it all day! I’m on Xbox, I’ve done the trouble shooting and the clearing cache. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled literally everything. Nothing has worked so far. And I’m bummed.

The current "Lady Bridgerton's Masquerade Ball" doesn't always register logins on new days. It's Sunday and I'm afraid on missing out on the fountain because of that.
I logged in twice this past week (once earlier this week, once yesterday (Saturday)), but I kept my game running over night. I don't know if that messed it up. I restarted the game (of course), I restarted my laptop, I repaired the game, but nothing has worked so far. I always start the game through the EA app.
Am I overlooking anything? It says "Next reward in 2 days", but that's when the next week of rewards starts, so I don't know if it's referring to the fountain or the next round of rewards. It still says I've only logged in 2 out of 3 times this week, which just isn't true. Do we not have to log in on any day of the week, but on specific days?
I'm having the same problem: 3/3 check-ins for week 1, but rewards are all locked/not claimable. Plus the 'gnome' message when hovering over the event icon when in game. (no cc/mods)
Edit: saw someone mentioning logging out of the EA app and back in. Gave that a try and it worked. When I opened my game the event UI immediately popped up by itself and I could claim all rewards for week 1. Also the event icon in-game is working normal now.
Mine too. It's been days and I still cannot claim any of the rewards. I don't have any CC installed. I don't know what to do.
Edit: I tried the logging out of EA app then going back in, it still didn't work for me.
