@kjx1ylxcpmul To be sure, you don't have get famous ? You haven't listed but sometimes people leave one out.
Have you tested another save game/restaurant to see if it's the same ?
EDIT: Also is your Sim living in a r-rental or is also a property owner ?
No I do not have get famous. I have not tried any other restaurant. I have just been playing the restaurant that came with dine out. My sim I have been playing has her own house. She does not rent or own any rental property.
- @kjx1ylxcpmul I've tested this and had no issues so could you test another restaurant/save to see if the same occurs ?
I have tried having a different sim own a different diner and I have the same issue. I can play it and the employees continue to come to work but as soon as I go to manage worlds and play another sim and go back to the original sim then all my employees are gone. I also have developed a new problem. When I play a different sim I purchase a restaurant transfer money over and then go to build mode it shows that I do not have any money and that I do not have a restaurant purchased... I am beyond frustrated. Do you have any advice.

The employee issue happens on rotational game play or even without switching families ?
