Dine Out Not Working

??? Kind of a snarky answer? Everyone knows that there are other locations for dates, but for a whole pack to be broken for two months is wild and a patch came and it wasn’t even addressed. 

Dinner dates are a large part of many players gameplay, and it’s even more annoying that there’s no communication about when it’ll be fixed. And they’re marketing the wheels off the new pack which is cool but it’s so frustrating it’s like why would I pay for a new pack when you’re leaving one of my most used features that I paid extra money for broken for months with no sign of when it will be fixed. 

Welcome to EA. I do have to say that at least with Sims 4, they are making a more concerted effort to fix things.

No, I don't think I was sarcastic at all. I agree it's a serious bug, and I hope it gets fixed soon, but I prefer to focus on other ways to enjoy the game until it does.
