My tattoos are gone from my game I play on PS4 this happened after the base game update before business and hobbies came out I do not have the new pack. What do I do

There was another patch update on the day that Business and Hobbies pack was released, which fixed issues that console players had with tattoos. It would be good to make sure that you have the latest updated version of the game.
