Does anyone else have this insane household bug?

Out of nowhere, my game started lagging insane lately. I do have a lot of mods but there was no issue until recently. I didn't know what do, until I saw the households panel. What on earth is going ...

moving this to gameplay for troubleshooting.

removing mods wont't get rid of the households but the whole issue could be caused by them,

Can you try deleting all the households and then see if the game creates new ones without mods/cc ?
