This issue is pretty much what it says on the tin. I had my original dynasty head step down to make her heir the dynasty head. Then, the dynasty was plunged into a unity crisis. There are no negative moodlets or sentiments between any of the dynasty members. The dynasty is at max prestige level.
Is this expected behaviour, or a bug? Should I log it as a bug?
I have the same problem. My original King abdicated the throne, leaving it to his heir and he also stepped down from Dynasty Leader. Now, he's back for one of those 'stay-over' option visits and suddenly my young King is no longer the Dynasty Leader, which pretty much ties his hands. Since I cannot control the original king, now king emeritus, I'm uncertain if the steps taken to remove him as Dynasty Leader can even be taken.
Same situation here. LITERALLY the same.
All the members have excellent relationships with each other (which means it's not even possible to improve them). The crisis was automatic: change of regent = crisis.
I have no idea what to do. I don't even know if it's a bug or just a gameplay aspect I'm missing. Were you able to fix it?
