Eco Upgrade Parts Missing?

Hi There,

I'm unable to craft, purchase, or scavenge eco upgrade parts.  Whenever I try to fabricate them, the action cancels halfway through and the only option I have is to scrap the fabrication.  I've tried with different fabricators on different lots with different sims and have the same issue.  When I try to purchase eco upgrade parts on the computer, the option is not there.  The other upgrade parts are available, but not the eco upgrade part.  When I go into debug to see if I can simply place one on my lot, the item itself is nowhere to be found.

My EA software is up to date and I do not have any mods or CC installed.

I was curious if anyone else is having this issue.  Thank you!

    peppermint_wow​   I haven't had any problem making the eco upgrade parts on the fabricator in any household.  So, the issue appears to be with your game.   Here's a couple of things you can try to fix it.  Repair your game and delete the localthumbcache file before starting the game.  If that fixes it, play on.  If it doesn't then try a user folder reset (I'm assuming you're on a computer), Directions how to do that are here:  📓[GUIDE] Clean User Folder Approach | EA Forums - 12690428
