Endless loading and endless saving
I play with mods and ccs but didn't have any issue until I log out, start on a shopping spree and buys at least 10 DLCs and once I launched the game again and into my household, I could play normally...

@GanmpPyon Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
