Endless loading

After the recent update, when I place a house from the gallery on an empty lot, or when I try to send a sim to another lot, which is also installed from the gallery, the game crashes or loads endlessly. No such problems arise with other houses or lots, only with houses from the gallery. Before the update, everything was fine. I play with mods, but they are all updated for the current version of the game. Houses no CC.
