Since the october 22 update Ive recieved this error: error code: 110:6ee24dd4:a252622f I removed all mods & cc and it still shows up.

My game has broken with the last update. I play with mods but have made sure to update everything. I've done everything I can to fix it but I either get infinite loading screen or it comes up with the following error code: 110:6ee24dd4:cfaaf193. Please help!!!
Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
i have tried all of that, i've tried literally everything i can think of and everything that would normally fix a game aside from uninstalling and reinstalling
