I totally agree!
it would be nice if sims could indicate how much parental leave they can take.
I've used two workarounds in the past to overcome this issue.
- I either use vacation days (if they have any) so they will still get paid.
- Or I add a few days as holidays in the calendar (probably only works with Seasons) and check the 'day off work' box
But yeah, an actual update would come in handy.
