I don't have this feature available on EA App despite being presumably eligible as I have GPs available, many Kits available, and all EPs and SPs listed as eligible available.
There is no way for me to report this issue through EA games/play app. So either this feature has been removed as of 2025 or EA is purposefully trying to make it difficult for people to be eligible and use this money-saving feature. Neither possibility is good.
