Chromebooks don't support The Sims 4 at this moment. 
So the only way you can play is on MAC or Windows.

I have the sims 4 disc but I have chrome.  If you have the disc, is there a way you can install it on chrome ??

    Like mentioned several times in this thread the answer is no.
