I've recently just downloaded the EA app to my pc, and I chose my only EA account I've used on my console for years now, and when I downloaded the sims 4 in the EA app, I realized it only downloaded 1 add-on which was the get to work pack. (which you get for free when playing on console) And I know I have at least 7 total packs (including kits) So I looked up how I could fix this. I cleared the cache, repaired the sims 4, uninstalled it, and re-installed, restarted my own computer, and nothing worked. it still only shows that the sims 4 Get to Work pack is the only one I own. and I only have 1 EA account so I'm absolutely confused on what could be wrong. the only thing I could think of is that for some reason the purchases of all the packs I've gotten were under a different email than the one I linked with the EA app, (which I don't even know if that possible) and I don't even know if that would be causing the problem that I'm dealing with. If anyone could help me with that, I would be ecstatic. I've really been upset that this has happened since I just wanted to play the sims 4 on my computer, and I'd love if I'd be able to play with all the pack I own.
