@tarynx24 There is an other method to create slim Sims or to let them become slim. Buy a potion in the rewards category. There you can buy instant slim for aspiration points that you can gain while playing. If that you want you can even cheat to get these points. Of course when you want your sims to be slim from the start you have to choose the body shape well. When you don't mind playing with mods you could search for extra thin body shapes too.
