Fishing Broken After Fixes Update

I updated yesterday.  Fished fine until a crash occurred an hour ago.  Now, no world fishing zones can be used.  The pond items fishing signs also do not work.  Manually putting in a debug fishing sign does not work.  No mods.  No CC.  Restarted, cleared cache, verified packs through Steam.  The prompt may pop up on the sim's to-do list, but disappears with no emote from sim.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ? Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • Does it work in a different save game ?
    • Did you test multiple Sims ?
