Food Stuck in ChowBella Sleek Stove

Question

My sims are trying to use their ChowBella Sleek Stove to cook, but the food gets stuck in the oven, and the action gets canceled. I then have the option to cook something else, except it doesn't work because there is something stuck in the oven. I'm playing with a Sim I've had for a long time, in Oasis Springs.&nbsp;

I assume you replaced ? Any mods/cc in your game ?
Are you on Mac or PC ?
Did you try another household if they have the same issue with that oven ?
