For Rent - landlord doesn’t fix anything

Any time there’s an event, the landlord doesn’t fix anything. He just talks to my sim, swim in the pool, reads books, and so on. I had the “explosive malfunction” event and I had to end up paying in full to just have the stove replaced because he just stood there. I also had the electrical wiring outage event. All my electrical devices broke, I called the landlord and he didn’t fix anything, even though he said “I’m here to fix all your problems” I ended up having to just call the repairman instead. I don’t have any mods in game. The for rent pack is full of bugs.

    @LonelyFew Same issue! I am playing on console. I have an Electrical Failure. I called him over from a broken object. He came over for hours to clean water puddles. I asked him to inspect the broken objects. He never acknowledged them. Then eventually left even though the issue is still there. Curious why this is. Is it because he doesn't have any handiness skills?

    @LonelyFew I'm not sure if you've solve this, but I just had the same issue. I clicked on the item and got the option to "call the landlord over", and when he came I clicked on my sim, rental, and asked the landlord to inspect the item. He fixed it after I did that. I hope it helps.
