For rent but no rent lol

Am I the only one not being able to collect rent? I purchased the for rent pack a few weeks ago I have about 4 rental properties with multiple tenants in each unit and not once have I received rent. The number of days on the lease never goes down so basically townies are living rent free. This needs to be fixed this pack was $40!
