For Rent can't get mold to appear

I have notice that i just cant get the mold to appear no matter what i try.... The bugs appears and everything else but no mold 😭

Just to confirm - you have the mold challenge on? It’s in unit traits if you’re using the new residential rentals, or lot traits for a normal residential.
Yes its turned on .... I have but pretty nasty sims in the apartment to see of that works and nothing. They do not clean the house or anything. Its been 3 sims weeks and no mold
@StrawberryRSA That does seem odd. Just to get the full picture:
1. Are you playing as the Sims living there, or as their landlord?
2. How often is the apartment with tge mold challenge the active lot while you’re playing?
3. Have you had any puddles yet? How long have they sat?
How weird one apartment got mold as so as a ghost broke the toilet when my sim just moved in. The water on the floor makes it happen. Dang ghost and it was a no ghosts allowed apartment.
🤣🤣🤣 yeah this expansion is broken but fun
