Forever Loading Screen After Loading Save

Hello!

I currently have 2 saves for Sims 4, one I am actively in a household (Save 1(S1)), the other I'm in manage worlds (Save 2(S2)). I have no issue launching the game, and I've removed all mods I have (only skin details and lashes in CAS).  In S1, I'm unable to load the save at all, its just an eternal loading screen, in S2, it will load me into manage worlds just fine, but as soon as I select a household or lot to edit it gets stuck loading again. I've already tried deleting all my mods, disabling my mods in game, removing localthumbcache folder, and repairing the game multiple times. I play on my PC laptop through the EA app with all packs expect the 2 newest kits, and have never had this issue until the latest update. I would really appreciate any help so I can get back to playing again!
