[FR] Blackmailing should be more lucrative with higher mischief skill

I'm a little disappointed that the money you can get from blackmailing seems to be static and is always 100$. I wish it would be tied to the mischief skill and/or be more random so that blackmailing can be a "serious" income.

In case I'm missing something about it, please tell me. But I tested with a Sim with mischief skill 10 and they still only got 100$ ☹️
