So the gallery keeps loading and i tried this
- turning of mods
- deleting like 1000 tray items
- deleting local thumb cache
- repairing the game
- turning of firewall
- starting the router again
- my wifi is fine btw
- checked the gallery status and its online
- went offline to online
- dragged the mod folder out
-dragged the sims 4 folder out and started the game
nothing worked
I dont know what else i can do
I'm also having this issue. There's definitely something wrong with the gallery server. We'll just have to wait it out until it's fixed.
I just checked it now and it seems to be fine now, see if it also works fine for you
I've just got a brand new gaming PC, and installed the Sims 4.
My Gallery won't load. I've tried a load of things like checking my firewall settings etc, but nothing seems to be working.
Anyone got any idea?
Is anyone else having issues with gallery? It open but freezes. It's going on 3 days now. It has also been extremely laggy. If after I removed mods and repaired game.

Hello for a while now the gallery is not working as it should. Every time I search the gallery is keeps circling, and circling and the when I click on someone gallery page it says annoymous or there is no items there when there are this is an issue that needs to be fixed and it should have been included in the 150 bug fixes this is not good.
idk if its just me and i HOPE its not just me, but everytime i try to go to gallery and maybe look for lots and sims to use, it jst keeps loading. it does not show results, doesnt even show pictures, but the options are there. it keeps on loading. i could not see pictures, i couldnt save it, but i could see the comments the profile pictures and such. then when i wait it out, its jst shows a big red X across where the picture is supposed to be showing. i tried looking for solutions online. already repaired the game many times and guess what? it worked the night before, gallery is loading normally. but then i hopped on sims 4 again today, its back to jst loading? i do not understand. i tried deleting caches, removed my mods, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but nothing just works. i jst got back in this game after months away from it. although this time, i have the game installed in an ssd. could it be because of that?? or is a similar thing happening to yall and this is a bug in the game?
i also dont even think this is an internet issue, our wifi's internet is perfectly fine. additionally, i can search up stuff in the gallery but ofcourse, i cant access it. cant save it, cant place it in a lot, cant like it. its jst stays loading. but everything else is loaded in. i rlly dont get this..
since the new update. just tried to load the gallery and it will not load anything. i need to find the willow creek library for the quest as i have deleted it but i cant load the gallery . any suggestions
