Gallery stops working frequently
The main problem is, that after creating like 3 or 4 family, the gallery stops working. It doesn't open up. I can still save the game and after restarting the game I can again create 3 or 4 families ...

This has also happened to me. It will not load anything and says people I follow have "0 followers" even though I know they don't. I have repaired the game multiple times, and removed the localthumbcache.package, and removed the tray files. I don't play with mods or cc.
