hello, my pc is connected to the wifi and my wifi is fine as well. the other day, i tried to open the gallery as i was going to move my sim into a new house and the gallery says connection required so i tried to connect to the gallery. however, my gallery gets stuck at the " attempting to connect " screen and it just loads there for so long even if my pc is connected to the wifi. i've repaired the game and restarted my pc multiple times now. how do i fix this?
