Game Freezing on Loading Screen/Crashing when changing staff uniforms

Has been an issue I've had for a little bit when trying to update the uniforms for restraunt staff.

In some cases when I simply select one of the EA options, the game takes me to CAS automatically without me selecting the edit button. When this happens it's a never ending loading screen.

No mods installed so unsure where else to ask as this is making gameplay very frustrating.

@nyxdtd Hello! That sounds really frustrating! As an example, I'm able to change the chef uniform in my game.
Is this what you meant by the "EA options"? The default outfit is the white one on the far left.

I wondered if you might try a game repair. Click on the TS4 game in your Game Library in the EA app, then click Manage and Repair.
