Game glitch...

Hello,  Again.

I'm actually tired of this game. The sims gives me soo much issues anytime they wan to update anything unnecessary in the damn game. 

NOW after the latest update EA done, there is a weird i cant even tell what it is but at the top left of the screen there is coin signs, and up and down arrows, (i know is weird) there supposed to be a bar where you can type in cheats, but i have tried repair  the game, it did not work. Also i can go into CAS but then when i come out of it, everything on screen disappears and i have to close the game and start over. I'm frustrated with EA and Sims at the moment it makes me not wan to play the  game. Anytime things go well they wan to update the game and BOOM sh*t happens.

PLEASE HELP .

PS: i tried to attach a picture but it keeps saying that the file is too large.
