Game is stuck on loading page
I can get to the main page but got some reason I can’t play the game. I can create the characters but not actually play the game.

@54d5b5d92228a1db Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
What do you mean by repair game, I’m confuse

For EA app
- Close the game
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the game in your library
- Choose Repair game
For Steam:
- Close the game
- Right Click on the game in your library
- Choose Properties
- Choose tab Installed Files
- Press Verify Integrity of Game Files
