Game keeps on freezing

Ever since the latest update, my game went back a version and I had to fix that, but ever since I fixed that, whenever I click into my save, I can change between the sims in my household for a minimum of 20 second, then I cannot click on anything that is for gameplay. The time speed button is clickable but no speed changes happen, I can move around the lot but nothing can be clicked on.

Build mode also keeps on glitching severely, where the items that are already placed on my lot show up in the inventory and whenever I try to place them system error pops up.

I have to clear cache, delete options.ini, onlinethumbcache, localthumbcache, turn offline mode on and off, only of rate game to work.
