I have been struggling to open my game and everytime I do,it pops back into the map. I tried repairing and deleting any cache or my last exception files but nothing has worked so far. this is the error message that keeps popping up.Can someone kindly assist.
6lomtrscp9n1 If you have any mods or custom content installed, please remove the Mods folder and delete localthumbcache.package, then try again to load into this save. You don't need to save your progress; this is just a test.
Please also open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. If you can't load the household after removing the Mods folder, look for a new lastexception. If you find one, copy its text and paste it into a reply here. Or you can upload it to a free filesharing site (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and post the link here; make sure it's visible to anyone with the link.
To be clear, lastexception files are output only, so deleting them doesn't fix anything. The point of deleting your existing ones is to make sure you're uploading a fresh file, one generated after you've taken whatever initial troubleshooting steps were suggested.
